How does everyone store their stack? I'm curious because I feel like I've gone through about 4 different systems in the past 2 years and I'm still not happy. Currently running: - Yale home safe (bolted to the floor) - Coin capsules for anything valuable - Air-tite tubes for bulk silver - Silica gel packets in everything No locations obviously! Just interested in how people organise things. Do you sort by metal? By year? By size? Complete chaos? I've seen some seriously satisfying storage setups online and I want to see what this community is working with. Best setups get bragging rights!

Similar to yours - Phoenix safe bolted to the concrete floor in the garage. Everything in capsules or tubes. I separate gold and silver onto different shelves and sort by coin type within each. Britannias together, Sovereigns together, bars together. Silica gel is essential, especially for silver. L

Coin albums for the collectible stuff, tubes for bulk silver, and a fireproof document safe for the gold. Not ideal but it works. I keep a spreadsheet of everything with purchase prices, dates, and photos. If the worst ever happened at least I could prove what was there for insurance.

Storage is a proper minefield, isn't it? I swear I've had more systems than coins sometimes! Finally settled on a beefier safe after a close call with my first Perth Mint Dragon bar getting a small scratch. Those silica packets are an absolute must, though. Good shout.
